Welcome to Stonetrail Villas (the "Hotel"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website.

Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation that is found to be fraudulent or not in compliance with these Terms.

Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of reservation, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Hotel. Payment can be made via credit card or other accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the Hotel as soon as possible. The cancellation policy varies based on the type of reservation and the time of year, so please refer to your reservation confirmation for specific details.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Use of Facilities
All guests are required to comply with the Hotel's rules and regulations for the use of its facilities. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these rules and regulations.

Occupancy
The maximum occupancy per room is as follows: Superior Family Villa 4 guests, Deluxe 1 BDR 2 guests, Deluxe 2 BDR 4 guest, Honeymoon Suite 2 guest and Presidential suite 2 guest. One (1) Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra charge, subject to room capacity and hotel discretion.

Liability
The Hotel shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by guests or their belongings during their stay, except for damages caused by the Hotel's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Modification of Terms
The Hotel reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
